Cake Mix Details & Serving Guide:
🍰 Red Velvet Cake Mix:
• Makes up to 12 (8oz) cake jars (2 cupcakes per jar), 24 (4oz) cake jars (1 cupcake per jar) using a muffin/cupcake tin or about 24 cupcakes.
• Can also be used to bake a half-sheet cake or a 2-layer cake (8", 9" and/or 9x13 round cake).
✔️ Replace the red food coloring for beets juice or beets powder.
🍌 Banana Cake Mix:
• Makes up to 12-15 (8oz) cake jars (2 cupcakes per jar), 24-36 (4oz) cake jars (1 cupcake per jar) using a muffin/cupcake tin or about 24-36 cupcakes.
• Can also be used to bake a half/whole sheet cake or a 3-layer cake (8", 9" and/or 9x13 round cake).

Easily make our cake mixes vegan or dairy free by swapping out the wet ingredients:
✔️ Replace eggs with Just Egg or a Flax Egg (1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water, let sit 5–10 mins).
✔️ Use Vegan butter instead of regular butter.
✔️ Make your own Vegan buttermilk by combining plant-based and/or non-dairy milk (equal parts as the buttermilk ingredients) with 1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar (Letting it sit for a few minutes).

You Will Need:
• 3-4 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 ½ -2 cups)
• 1 ½ sticks (¾ cup) unsalted butter, softened
• 3 large eggs
• 1 ½ cups buttermilk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
