To ensure the freshness and quality of your desserts, we follow these shipping schedules: For the best experience, we strongly recommend choosing the fastest shipping option to guarantee your desserts arrive as fresh as possible! • UPS 2nd Day Shipping: Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays. • UPS Next Day Air Shipping: Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. • USPS Priority Shipping: Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Please note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. All shipments require a valid street address. In such cases, they will leave instructions for rescheduling delivery or pick-up.     Storage Recommendations: • We strongly recommend refrigerating your desserts upon arrival. • If refrigeration is not an option, desserts should be consumed within 2 days of delivery. • Unopened or tightly sealed jars can remain fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (Recommended 7 days) or in the freezer for 6 months. Why can't cakes or any items on your website be returned or exchanged? Cake, other desserts items cannot be returned or exchanged (This includes merch) due to health and safety regulations. Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot ensure the quality and safety of the products for resale. It's recommended to place your pre-order before this date to ensure availability. 2. When will I receive information about the shipping of my pre-ordered desserts? After the pre-order concludes, an email will be sent within 24-48 business hours with the starting date for shipping. However, please note that the starting shipping date does not guarantee that your package will be shipped on that exact day. 3. How are pre-ordered desserts shipped? Pre-ordered desserts are shipped in batches, typically 1-3 batches, based on the sequence they were received. Each batch is processed systematically to ensure timely delivery and freshness. 4. When can I expect my pre-ordered desserts to be shipped? Shipping batches are processed in the sequence that orders were received. While every effort is made to expedite the process, shipping times may vary based on order volume and other factors. Rest assured, your order will be processed efficiently to maintain quality and freshness. 5. How are shipping labels handled for pre-ordered desserts? To streamline the shipping process, all shipping labels are created simultaneously, making it easier for the bakery to process orders efficiently on a daily basis.   • Local Pick-Up Policy
    GA PICK-UP DETAILS: For those opting for dessert pick-ups in the state of GA ONLY (Lawrenceville, GA), please note the following details: Pick-Up Location: Details will be sent via email, including the pick-up location, date, and a few time slots for you to choose from. Important Instructions: 1. Please arrive within the designated pick-up window for a smooth process. (Example: If your pick-up time is 4pm, arrive 5-10 minutes early.) 2. Upon arrival, provide your order number and name for verification. 3. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, ensure they have a copy of your order confirmation. 4. All orders are prepared fresh, so please arrive on time to ensure optimal dessert quality. **IMPORTANT PICK-UP DETAILS:**   - If you cannot pick up your order within the specified time, contact us hours in advance to arrange an alternative time on the same date. - Orders not picked up within the designated time frame will be subject to cancellation without a refund. - We allow a 10-minute grace period.
